Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Boxerfit's services, website, and any related activities. By booking a session, attending a class, or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Boxerfit is operated by Pouyan Abedini (sole proprietorship) in Vancouver, BC.

Booking and Payment

Sessions and class passes are payable in advance. We accept payment via the methods listed on our booking page. All pricing is in Canadian dollars and subject to change. Session packs and memberships are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged. If we cancel a session, we will offer a reschedule or refund. Group class drop-ins are non-refundable once the class begins.

Health and Safety

Boxing and strength training involve physical exertion and risk of injury. Before starting training, you may be asked to complete a health questionnaire and acknowledge the risks of participation. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that could affect your training. Always train within your capabilities and follow coach instructions.

Conduct

We expect respectful behavior from all clients and members. Boxerfit reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone who is abusive, unsafe, under the influence of substances, or otherwise disruptive.

Merchandise

Merchandise orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by BC law, Boxerfit and Pouyan Abedini are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of BC.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at boxerfit.ca/terms. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
